High Yield Debt or Equity Investments

The Scheme proposes to invest the Scheme’s Investable Funds in high yield debt or equity instruments of Portfolio Entities which are developing, owning, operating, leasing or managing residential, commercial, agriculture, industrial projects (including projects such as warehousing, infrastructure, hospitality) or such other asset classes at the discretion of the Investment Manager

Real Estate Project Investments

The Scheme proposes to invest in real estate projects with opportunistic investments in growth oriented micro markets primarily being Mumbai Metropolitan region (MMR), National Capital Region (NCR), Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata or any other emerging market at the discretion of the Investment Manager.

Investment Approvals

The Scheme proposes to invest whereby the approvals required for construction / development of the real estate projects are either obtained or are to be obtained in the near future.
